Live to move, move to live! I find that the days that I exercise I’m more enthusthiastic and energized. The days that I don’t work out I find myself feeling lukewarm and unmotivated. I start my day with a simple stretch and follow up with a HIT workout or cardio, but find exercises that you love. I follow along routines on YouTube and it is so much fun highly recommended. - SUNSCREEN
This is a simple one that goes a long way! Sunscreen will protect your skin from the UV rays so your skin will not only age but protect you from developing skin cancer. Doctors say skin cancer is the most common cancer diagnosis, and it’t the most preventable cancer. Try to create a habit by placing the sunscreen by your skin care so its additional and most important step in your makeup routine. Don’t forget to add SPF on your lips. - REGULARLY CLEAN ITEMS THAT COME IN CONTACT WITH YOUR FACE
That includes your phone, I keep alcohol wet wipes in my bag and constantly wipe down the phone. Other items include pillow cases (I usually wash my pillows weekly or biweekly depending on season), hats and glasses. - SLEEP
Have a bedtime routine that you implement an hour before going to sleep. I think it’s important to figure our which routine will help you unwind and feel relaxed. So my bedtime routine usually involves meditation or listening to an audiobook or reading a book and turning on some relaxing music and an essential oil mist diffuser. Turning my phone on airplane mode and that way I won’t get alerts.
